Hosted annually it brings together over 11,000 professionals, including optometrists, retailers, buyers, and designers, alongside hundreds of exhibitors showcasing the latest in eyewear, lenses, technology, and business solutions. The event is widely recognised for its strong fashion-led positioning and industry-leading CPD programme.
Whitespace XPO was appointed to design and deliver a series of premium feature areas and scalable exhibitor solutions—enhancing the overall visitor experience while reinforcing the show’s high-end, design-driven identity.
Creating Standout Feature Spaces
In a highly competitive exhibition environment, the brief was to develop bold, visually striking spaces that would attract attention, define premium zones, and improve visitor flow across the show floor.
100% Studios
We developed the 100% Studios as a premium turnkey solution for exhibitors, delivered as illuminated lightbox pods using a combination of our Aluvision systems and Picturecube technology. Designed with a clean, gallery-style aesthetic, each studio provided strong branding, high visibility, and a consistent, high-quality finish.
Supporting over 93 exhibitors, the studios offered:
100% Catwalk
Positioned as the central focal point of the exhibition, the 100% Catwalk was designed and built as the show’s flagship feature. Acting as both a content stage and live experience, it drew significant footfall and created a natural anchor within the hall. The space delivered:
Central Bar
To further enhance the visitor experience, we designed and built the Central Bar, introducing colour, lighting, and energy into the heart of the exhibition. The space acted as a natural meeting point, encouraging networking and extending visitor dwell time.
