Whitespace XPO was appointed to deliver the 100% Studios pavilion, one of the most design-led and visually distinctive areas within 100% Optical, providing an elevated platform for independent eyewear designers to showcase their latest collections.
100% Studios Pavilion
We designed and built a premium pavilion environment using a combination of Aluvision systems and illuminated Whitebox solutions. The space was carefully configured to balance openness with structure, it created a cohesive, gallery-style setting that allowed individual brands to stand out while maintaining a strong overall identity.
Full-height and low-level walling, formed with Aluvision frames and seamless fabric graphics, created clean sightlines and a high-end finish throughout. Illuminated Whiteboxes enhanced visibility and ensured each exhibitor benefitted from strong, consistent branding within the space.
Operating within a defined budget framework and a fast-paced delivery schedule, we worked closely with the organiser and wider supplier network to ensure smooth coordination across all elements of the build.
Collaboration was key and regular operational planning and on-site coordination ensured alignment across carpet, electrics, and infrastructure, this helped to maintain programme efficiency and build quality throughout.
