Hardware Pioneers Max is a leading UK exhibition and conference for hardware and technology innovation, bringing together engineers, product designers, manufacturers and technology leaders at ExCeL London. The event showcases developments across electronics, IoT, embedded systems, robotics and AI, creating a platform for industry collaboration and product discovery.
For the 2026 event, we delivered a fully integrated exhibition services package across 2,100 sq m of show space. This included shell scheme, AV, electrics, graphics, Aluvision structures, organiser features, Whitebox package stands and Picturecube stands, with exhibitor orders managed through the FFAIR platform. The event also marked the first major deployment of FabraMax, our new black square-profile modular shell scheme system. The brief was to create a consistent, high-quality environment across the exhibition floor while accommodating a wide range of exhibitor requirements and working within a demanding build schedule. FabraMax provided a contemporary architectural finish, with seamless fabric graphics integrated directly into the framework to create clean sightlines and stronger branding opportunities. Approximately 115 stands received individual graphics, alongside electrical services, AV installations and bespoke requirements for both exhibitors and organiser-led feature areas. By coordinating all services through a single project team, we delivered the exhibition, package stands and feature areas to schedule. The result was a cohesive and professional event environment that demonstrated the flexibility, finish and branding potential of the new FabraMax system.Hardware Pioneers Max is a leading UK exhibition and conference for hardware and technology innovation, bringing together engineers, product designers, manufacturers and technology leaders at ExCeL London.
