BT Openworld is a flagship brand event bringing together partners, technology leaders and enterprise customers to explore innovation across connectivity, cloud and digital infrastructure. Designed as a platform for collaboration and thought leadership, the event combines exhibition space with a comprehensive conference programme. Whitespace was appointed to deliver exhibitor stand packages for multiple participating brands, ensuring consistency of quality while allowing each partner to maintain its own identity within the wider BT environment. The modular packages were carefully structured to balance brand flexibility with efficient installation and seamless integration into the overall event design. In addition to the exhibition build, dedicated theatre areas were designed and delivered to support keynote presentations, panel discussions and technical sessions throughout the programme. These spaces were conceived to manage audience flow, sightlines and production requirements, creating professional, high-performing environments within the larger venue.
