Whitespace XPO was appointed to deliver CORE Services across the event, alongside a comprehensive range of organiser features and exhibitor solutions, ensuring a seamless and scalable delivery for both domestic and international participants.
Core Services Delivery
Full-service infrastructure across the 7,400 sqm exhibition, including:
Our proprietary FabraClip system was utilised across multiple zones, enabling high-quality, efficient graphic installation with a clean, premium finish.
Feature Areas & Pavilions
Beyond CORE Services, we designed and delivered a range of key event features, including Registration Areas, Seminar Theatres, Meeting Rooms, Lounges, and Sales Offices, all fully integrated with branded graphics.
We also delivered five organiser-led Whitebox Pavilions, comprising 37 individual spaces. These provided a flexible, uniform platform for exhibitors while maintaining a strong, cohesive visual identity across the show floor.
Turnkey Exhibitor Solutions
To support a diverse and international exhibitor base, we delivered a suite of organiser turnkey package stands. These fully integrated solutions included walling, graphics, furniture, AV, power, and lighting, simplifying the process for exhibitors and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
