International Confex, Event Production Show, and PA Show (organised by Mash Media) collectively form one of the most important annual gatherings for the events industry. Hosted at ExCeL London, these co-located shows bring together event organisers, agencies, venues, suppliers, and corporate buyers across a 21,250 sqm exhibition.

Whitespace XPO was appointed to deliver CORE Services across all three shows, alongside a range of organiser features and exhibitor solutions, ensuring a seamless, high-quality environment at scale.

Our FabraClip system was implemented across key areas, providing a clean, efficient solution for high-quality graphic installation.
Feature Areas & Infrastructure
We delivered a range of essential event features, including registration counters, information points, and shell scheme walling to define theatres and manage visitor flow, ensuring a structured and intuitive layout across the exhibition.
Aluvision Pavilions & Package Stands
We designed and built four organiser-led Aluvision pavilions, each tailored to specific exhibitor sectors, including B-Corp, Iconic Spaces, Hotel, and Exhibition pavilions. These provided a cohesive yet flexible platform for exhibitors to showcase their offering within clearly defined zones.
In addition, we delivered turnkey package stands for key exhibitors including South Western Railway and Visit Liverpool, these ensured high-quality, ready-to-go solutions within a fast-paced environment.
Industry Collaboration & Delivery Approach
Working in a fast-paced environment with a time-sensitive organiser and a busy exhibitor base, efficiency and communication were critical. As an industry showcase event, expectations were particularly high, requiring seamless coordination with multiple suppliers across services typically delivered in-house by Whitespace XPO.

In partnership with Skyline Whitespace, Whitespace XPO also designed, built, and sponsored the Community Hub within International Confex. This creating a central space for networking, content, and industry engagement, and a superb showcase for Whitespace across the baord.
