Whitespace XPO was appointed to deliver CORE Services across the event, alongside a series of standout feature activations and brand experiences designed to elevate engagement and maximise impact across the show floor.
Full-Size Basketball Court
At the heart of the event, we designed and built a fully playable basketball court which created a dynamic hub for sport, culture, and interaction. The space hosted live competitions, fan challenges, and sponsor activations, quickly becoming a focal point for attendees. Its visual impact and energy made it a natural social media hotspot, driving both engagement and brand exposure.
eBay Stand
We delivered a bespoke stand experience for eBay, blending physical and digital interaction. The space allowed attendees to explore sneaker listings in real time while engaging directly with the platform. Live demos and integrated content created a seamless connection between online marketplace and in-person experience, reinforcing eBay’s position within sneaker resale culture.
Chilly’s Activation
Chilly’s required a bold, high-impact presence that would cut through a busy exhibition environment. In response, we designed and built a custom stand centred around a striking 6ft Chilly’s bottle. The activation invited attendees to write their Instagram handles directly onto the installation, entering a competition to win prizes. This simple but effective mechanic drove strong interaction, user-generated content, and increased brand visibility throughout the event.
